The topic of disruption of the presidential elections, their postponement, falsifications or non-recognition occupies its place of honor in the information space of Ukraine. We investigated the plots and tried to understand the origin of such an agenda, the presence of conspiracies, useful idiots and other participants in the hybrid war against Ukraine.
The very first broad query on the topic of threats to the results of the presidential election brings links and stories from completely Russian or pro-Russian sources. Out of the total volume of publications of 63,000, Ukrainian resources make up only 26%. The plots are characterized by the usual disparaging rhetoric of propagandists, specially developed words and the shrill laughter of the snowman.

The picture shows not only a graph displaying the full information picture of threats to the election results, but also the already familiar deviation from the average, which characteristically increased in February-March 2019. Below the graphs are presented the top 20 participating sites over the entire period and on the maximum rejection date of the sites that provided it. We can say that there are no more than five decent sites with materials on the topic. The rest of the informational garbage was most likely carried out not only to throw on the fan, but also to ensure some actions on the part of the Russian Federation. Does anyone think that they just bang and write?!
An unimaginative initiative from Zhiryk appeared unexpectedly and does not imply ambiguous interpretations: the draft resolution on the non-recognition of the results of the presidential elections in Ukraine, registered in the State Duma of the Russian Federation. The line for the delegitimization of elections and the very statehood of Ukraine continues to develop and grow active.
The information line about “non-recognition of elections” in its purest form of such wording is found only 566 times in almost 4 months. It is only then that the great mighty one adds meanings, a necklace and nesting dolls. In Russian, the query gives only 80 publications, starting with a delay of almost two weeks. We will leave the interpretation of such a phenomenon to the minds of the editors-in-chief.
The main distributors of the topic “non-recognition of elections” are clearly visible on the slide in the top sites for the entire period and in the maximum distribution of the topic.
The Attack Index analytical system allows you to find artificially moderated flows – information operations – in the information dynamics. You can read more about this in the system instructions. On the chart, nice orange waves symbolize such found operations. Probably 85% of the operation has been going on for 21 days. The topic is currently under development and the following days are expected to grow and develop with the corresponding actions of very “fraternal” speakers. The top 20 sites write the most about “non-recognition” during the operation.
The final table is a breakdown of the information operation by plot and the top 10 sites that promote each of them. This does not necessarily mean that the sites are carrying out a paid order or an editorial plan of the aggressor’s country. As you know, useful idiots are more dangerous than the enemy. Even helping to clarify the topic helps to introduce it into the brains of the electorate, accustoms it to the possibility of the implemented scenario and taking appropriate actions in the future.
